Has anyone been in the Shubert Theatre balcony? Is it a good view? And The Rear Mezz for Once..is that a good view as well?

yes and yes, but the shubert balc is on the 3rd level, much higher than the rear mezz of the jacobs, which is only 2 levels. mezz in the jacobs is split by front mezz, aisle, rear mezz. depends on how picky you are.
