Oh, poor Mr. Roddick. Sadness abounding. Ray Fellman, Marianne Stegeland, Angelo Watler and I were at the Open on Tuesday night and witnessed Roddick's surprising and upsetting loss.

Ahh, well. He wins the prize for the cutest tennis player... though Rafael Nadal is pretty fine, too!

JOY is having a party for JOY. There is no way for me to know who will be there and will not. The Duplex is not throwing the party, only providing the space. It's my understanding that everyone involved with the production has been invited to appear; since the theatre is right down the street, I would think many JOY people would be there.

If you know Ben Rimalower, the director, feel free to ask him. He's the one who told me about it (not The Duplex).
