Sweet Action! I just got my tickets on theatremania!!!! I think they just went on sale today. I love this show soo much! Can't wait! :)

Actually there is a production of this opening this month (Nov) in Toronto @ the Young Centre. Going next week!

Signature Theatre in the DC area is doing this show in May. Its going to be held at the Strathmore Performing Arts Center instead of their usual space.

tourboi, It's the original 2000 Toronto cast which includes Thom Allison, who you might know from Rent, Tracy Michailidis, Sharron Matthews, and Jason Knight. They did a benefit concert version of the show last year in Toronto and I think that was the impetus for this production. Am seeing it when home from school in December.

Is there a box office at the theatre where one can buy tickets? I'd rather not pay a $5.60 service fee.

I went by the theatre the other day. They're only selling Judy Gold there. My guess is that theatremania is the only way. Maybe they'll have box office day of?

The TO production sounds great. Wish I could make it up there!

For anyone else interested, Broadway World posted the cast today.

I think I saw Tracy Jai Edwards in hairspray, but I don't remember. Anyone else see her in anything?
