SOS HELP....Perfect songs for Detachable Skirt

Hello theater world! After endless hours of no success... I need your help finding the perfect song. As a music major, I have my senior recital coming up and my dress has a detachable skirt. I’m looking for a musical theater piece that has a dramatic change of tempo/ mood that would provide a perfect time to remove the skirt mid-song. I don’t really want to do a strip-tease sort of thing like from Gypsy, but something more along the lines of a character development song. Any advice would be very appreciated!! Voice part: Soprano
