Is apparently going to play the Barbican over Summer next year!

AND apparently Chicago is going and will be replaced by a musical version of The Commitments...............

I think the Barbican would suit it very well, not dissimilar to the Lincoln Centre. An enjoyable production that will be good to see in London.

Not sure on that Chicago rumour... I have heard they are planning to take it off, at last, but it all depends on the new owners whats going in...

South Pacific are holding out for some new show to "die"

Here's hoping the London production is as well done as the Lincoln Center revival. A musical version of "The Commitments"? It's about time.

Didn't see this thread on South Pacific.

Hope this one does go into the Barbican, as theatrepaul says not to dissimilar to the Lincoln Centre.

Also hope they have the same size orchestra as the Lincoln Centre.
