It is underground in the parking garage- you can only get access to it by having access to the garage and then a pass to the secured area.
Call it a regime change...

A few years ago I hung around the NBC studios to see if I could catch a glimpse at any of the cast members. I didn't think it would happen, but everyone actually did come out. I think it's on 49th and sixth, but I'm not too sure. There are tons of town cars, and when I was there tons of people too (and it was raining).
