Posted: 3/18/11 at 11:20amWhy not ? Since Gypsy is out. Everyone will just have to wear special glasses that make her look 21 again and an ear piece that will feed the original cast recording. Ticktes will be $100,000 a piece.

OR...she could play Fanny's mother. I can always hear Striesand's vocal mannerisms lurking in the background of "Who Taught Her Everything She Knows" & "Find Yourself a Man."
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
