For Streetcar, or any show at all?

Try searching up "Stacy's Musical Village" on Google. Look at the Assassins feautre, and there will be a marquee of Assassins (Studio 54).

Isn't there still an upstairs club at 54? Thought I read that somewhere.

re: STUDIO 54

It used to be an opera house & in the 60's was a TV studio & hosted an oddity called "Video Village " with Monty (Let's Make A Deal) Hall as the mayor

There is still a small upstairs theater where Listen To My Heart was briefly

re: STUDIO 54

Is STUDIO 54 just like any other theater? LIke is the lay out the same? I was just wondering. I read this thing on Cabret in one of my theater books and it said something about how the audience felt like they were in the musical, not sure if that makes sense. Thanks.

re: STUDIO 54

It used to have chairs and tables like a nightclub in the orchestra section. So, yes, for Cabaret it's like you were actually in a club. I haven't seen it since after Pacific Overtures, but I heard that's all out now. re: STUDIO 54

Studio 54 was one of the greatest theatre experiences i've ever had... really felt like you were apart of the show. Obviously, Cabaret was remarkable too!

My heart went pitter pat when I saw this thread. I looooove Studio 54. Even now, it still feels like home to me. When I'm there, I know everything's gonna be alright.

Cabaret and Assassins are two of the best shows I have ever seen. Ever.

re: STUDIO 54

Don't know if this is quite what you're looking for, but I snapped a random photo of the chandeliers in the lobby because a) they wouldn't let you take pictures past there and b) I'm obsessed with Studio 54.
