It depends what company you're talking about. If you happen to be talking about the National Touring Productions SHN(Shorenstein Hayes Nederlander)'s Best of Broadway Series, their productions are as follows:

The site just says "fall," so they may not know yet or are not able to say.

You can guess when some of the shows will run in SF by looking at their itinerary and seeing if there are gaps that correspond to when SHN says to expect the show. I'm guessing these might be the dates.

In The Hights - 5/11/2010 to 6/13/2010
Young Frankenstein - 6/15/2010 to 7/25/2010 or 8/17/2010 to 9/5/2010.
