Saw B&TB again this afternoon

It was sold out...with screaming kids and cell phones that kept going off in the mezz...rudeness but the show is just wonderful. This was my 2nd time seeing it (1st time with Jamie-Lynn Sigler). I went with my mom and just had a wonderful time. Everyone in that show is so talented. I saw mostly the same people the last time I went and enjoyed them even more this time. I really loved Megan as belle. She has such a wonderful voice and is such a strong actress. It still amazes me how they do some of those special effects in the show. Great show don't miss this cast!

Wow. I'm shocked by your post. Every time I've seen it, the actors were forced to play everything broad and animatronic. Even the best actors get drowned out by the overblown cheese that is Robert Jess Roth's production...

I agree--it's usually pretty miserable. But if the current cast has elevated the whole thing, bully for them!!

BATB was my first Broadway show and will always hold a special place in my heart.

I'm going on the 23rd. I hope it'll be enjoyable. My first Disney musical.
