So with all the negative hype about BKLYN, I think I might have to go see it for the sake of knowing what everyone's talking about...

Rachel- it's not that you're not allowed to say: I LOVE BROOKLYN! just look at the on-topic board and notice the many threads already on the front page about brooklyn. click on one of those and post there. it saves bandwith.

Rachel-i've seen the show thank you very much, and i payed full price! i've probably seen more broadway shows than most people my age on this board, or at least for someone who lives in Texas! it's that i don't know art when i see it, i just know that while brooklyn is nice mindless fun, it's not 'art' per say.

listened to Sondheim ever? Pacific Overtures? Assassins? they were just revived and were stunning.

try seeing other broadway shows than you can have a whole 'portfolio' of shows you've seen than you can trash, diss or praise shows.

All you guys bashing Brooklyn need to just stop. All of the same people are bashing the show. You go to every thread and say the same damn thing. You all need to just get a hobby and quit trying to make yourself seem like a bad ass for saying the show sucks. Well hate to break it to ya, but there is always going to be people who hate a show, and obviously people like it more that hate it because it is still open. So all of you should just get back to ur job and quit wasting time in posting negative comments in threads. I saw the show and loved it, and will definately go back an see it again.
