I saw the Phantom movie around a month back at a screening and was not at all impressed. The three stars were very weak. Although Gerard Butler sounds good, he sounds like a rock star, which could work, but not this sort of music. Emmy Rossum, although very pretty does not have much of a voice, its just sweet, its not very impressive, her acting was also very weak, and Patrick Wilson, once again a nice voice but a little too blah. I liked what they did at the ending though, what JakeB mentioned.
