University of Michigan. If you look at it's alumni list, it's quite good (Both Hunter and Sutton Foster, Alex Gemigniani).
A suggestion, it would really behoove you to go to a school which has a good music school (UMich has one of the best), because if you want to succeed in musical theatre, I feel that you must have a VERY strong background in music. And if you look at some of the bigger musical theatre programs, they are usually associated with music schools (Cincinatti for example).
As a person who just did the school hunt again (I'm in Grad School) also think about schools in areas where you can gig around as an actor or musician to supplement your income, and add to your resume. (I'm a technician, and I'm able to gig alot here where I'm studying, so when I'm between school productions, I can work on professional shows)

CCM
UMich

NYC Cap
CMU
As a grad of two of those schools (undergrad/grad) i'm totally biased.. but there are SO many other good programs out there.
