Scissorhands - Ahmanson Hot Tix question

I have a question for those who bought Hot Tix for Edward Scisssorhands at the Ahmanson. When I bought hot tix there for other shows, they told me where my seats were before and had my name/credit card on file from other purchases I had made.

This time I called, and the lady said this time they're not telling people where their tickets are. Is that right? Is that what happened for others or did I totally get jipped? To boot, she had to ask for all my info over again b/c apparently it's not on file anymore.

I bought tickets for "Curtains" and they told me where the tix were. When I went to buy tix for "Doubt", they refused and said it was a new policy. When I asked them the reason why, the response was, "We were wasting too much time with each customer for only $20.00 per seat and it was cutting into our time selling regular priced tickets."

Yes, when I purchased my tix for 13, the lady didn't tell me the seat. It turned out the seat is at the very side (second seat from the aisle), but I assume the Hot Tix is usually extreme side, so that's okay. I really cannot complain for $20 tix (without any fee).
