Anyone tried it? Know if they offer it since most of March is sold out? Where are the seats located?
I know it's supposed to go on just two hours before curtain so is there a line? any info would be awesome.. thanks!

Sorry, no info about it. Would like to know more as well.
Though, it'd be nice if there's a question mark in the thread title. :)
Thanks to those who can answer!

I wouldn't bet on them having rush tickets.
The policy at the Vineyard is $20 tickets for students two hours before curtain, based on availability. Considering how well THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS is selling, if there are any tickets to be had at all (which is unlikely in itself,) they'll almost be surely be sold at full price.

Students and theatregoers under 30 can join for $30, and then get $15 tickets for all their shows for a season, which you can book in advance, including the spring's The Burnt Part Boys at Playwrights.

Posted: 2/22/10 at 1:45amThe Vineyard's Web site says 'Scottsboro Boys' is sold through mid-March, but it's wrong. Someone on All That Chat reports that he got rush at Saturday's matinee, and there were a number of empty seats in the theater. And a good friend of mine was at the Sunday matinee and reports that the back 2 rows of the Vineyard were empty, and there were other empty seats. A $20 rush sounds like a great deal.

Posted: 2/27/10 at 4:20pmI was thinking about trying this tomorrow (Sunday) but I just called the box office and he said nobody had succeeded in buying a rush ticket this afternoon, and it didn't look good for tomorrow. If anybody out there knows of a discount code, please share!
