Scripts!

I am looking at getting some scripts produced. I have a few scripts that have been produced before and so that eliminates them from a lot of competitions. Can anyone suggest what to do from here. I have a theater company of my own and have produced some of my own work but I would rather produce others work and not my own. What should I do? Or where do I go? so that my scripts can be produced. Thanks!! Jason
