Seating/discount help for Adams Family and Sister Act

Lets try this again. I posted several days ago, however it appears that several members got into a side argument and I didn't get a lot of advice. We are coming to NYC the last weekend in April. I have been looking at tickets to Sister Act and The Adams Family but was not sure what the view was like from the rear mezz for Sister Act? I think the last time I looked there were seats available in row C center rear mezz. And for The Adams Family, I have found seats in front mezz and rear mezz but to the left and right not center. I do not want to have an obstructed view for either show and am unfamiliar with either of these theaters. Also, I have found discount tickets for Sister Act but not for The Addams Family because the discount code doesn't expire until April 17th but we will be there the last weekend. Does anyone know if a new discount code will be released immediately after that date or maybe another one before that date? Just don't want to wait until the last minute.
