I just think that Ursula has so much potential design-wise. She is such a huge character and there are so many possibilities in creating her costume. Especially her tentacles. I would expect limp and lifeless pieces of cloth from a small community theater production, but not from something like Paper Mill.
Edit: Oh, and about the others. (Flotsam, Jetsam, and Ariel's pink dress) I don't think that they're copies of the broadway costumes. I think those ARE the broadway costumes.

BUMP.
Anyone seen the show lately? Was thinking about seeing the final performance on the 30th. I've seen MERMAID's original production on Broadway, so I'm just wondering if the changes warrant the expense to see it again - being a huge fan of the material.
How is the show as far as production values are concerned?
