Seeking thoughts on fall shows

Seeking your suggestions on fall shows to check out. You've helped me a lot in the past. (Last trip, I saw Admissions, which I seriously enjoyed. Also loved Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf & Next to Normal, & Other Desert Cities on past trips.) Whether a musical or a play, I tend to love heavy/substantial works that make me feel, think, & stay with me long after the fact. Not into cheery, lighthearted show tunes & snazzy, peppy dance numbers aka shows people tend to think of as typical mainstream Broadway. OK, enough yammering. What's looking intriguing/promising? Thanks in advance!

I recommend Torch Song and The Ferryman.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

Seeking thoughts on fall shows

The shows I am most looking forward to this fall, are Oklahoma, Girl from the North Country, and Ferryman. And since they are all somewhat known quantities, I'm pretty sure they should land well.

Lifespan of a Fact, Waverly Gallery, and American Son are the ones I'm in wait and see mode on.

Here were the shows I wanted to see if I made it back again in November (sadly, I won’t be able to). They all seem to meet your criteria:

- [ ] Torch Song (P)
- [ ] The Ferryman (P)
- [ ] The Lifespan of a Fact (P)
- [ ] The Waverly Gallery (P)
- [ ] American Son (P)
- [ ] Network (P)
- [ ] Girl From The North Country (M)

Not sure what your exact dates are. Just make sure the shows you want to see are already at least in previews when you’re there.
