Posted: 7/27/04 at 4:43pmNightlaughs -- selling at or below cost is not illegal and depending on the state the transaction occurs there are limits to how high over face value you can go -- I think in NY you legally can't sell for more than 5% of price on ticket -- which is why the ticket agencies are located in Jersey or Connecticut where supply/demand trigger price.
