Selling free Playbill/BroadwayBox codes on E-bay?

I came across this offering on E-bay:

Someone is selling a coupon code that is 100% equivalent to Playbill.com, BroadwayBox.com, or any other broadly available coupon codes.

Now, one could argue that they both make out on the deal (someone is paying for information that they haven't been able to find on their own--both are better off in the end). However, it seems a bit unscrupulous to me that someone is representing their item as unique and as a truly good deal when they're really charging for something that is widely available for free.

Actually it's illegal. If they get reported to eBay it would be not good for them.

When ever I would search on Ebay for some Broadway thing I would always see them and I would think to myself "These people are totally stealing" I feel bad for stupid people who fall for it.
