Selling rare Jesus Christ Superstar book ROCK OPERA

Hello Forum, 
It's been a weird year of my life and I have to sell a few things to try to keep my head above water.
I've had an old library copy of Rock Opera The Creation of Jesus Christ Superstar from Record Album to Broadway Show and Motion Picture by Ellis Nassour and Richard Broderick!

The book is a very detailed history of the creation of the album/Broadway production/movie and is 245 pages.  The book, in detail, also lays out every scene from Tom O'Horgan's original production in STUNNING written detail.  

The book is still in its library jacket and is considered a collectable item.  For this forum, because I know it will go into good hands, I am willing to sell the book for $45 (which is much less than the book is going for on amazon/ebay) with $10 shipping ($55 total).
We can talk about payment if you are interested in buying the book  (I'd prefer to use cashapp/square cash) and I'll mail the book in a nice padded bubble envelope upon payment being made.  When mailed you will be provided a USPS tracking number.  The book has crisp pages but does has a library sticker on the spine and a due date sticker on the back page.

I had no idea this would be such an indemand book and I'm sorry I couldn't sell it to everyone who asked (over two message boards)!
