yes - i was annoyed too; i got a message 2 weeks ago saying that it was shipped out... still no cd. so i emailed them a few days ago just to check, and they apologized and said that it was marked incorrectly and being shipped this week. (??!!) so anyway, hopefully (we) i will get it by sat. we'll see. good luck!
