Posted: 1/8/07 at 7:46amI have the studio cast recording with Nathan Lane, Bernadette Peters, Carol Burnett, Tommy Tune, Mike Myers, and James Lipton (who also wrote the book.). I've always loved the play The Man Who Came to Dinner but I have never seen Sherry! live on stage, just my little cast recording. Did anyone here see it when it was on broadway or in a regional theatre? Wht were your thoughts on it?

Posted: 1/8/07 at 4:50pmI saw the OBC of SHERRY! back in the 1960's and remember Dolores Gray as being her usual wonderful self and Clive Revill (of OLIVER fame) as an excellent Sheridan Whiteside. Other details have disappeared from my memory. For example I remember nothing about the score, except that there was a title song. SHERRY! lasted only 65 performances at the Alvin Theatre(now the Neil Simon).
