I want to go see Sweeney Todd and Doubt and a couple others. November would be an okay time to go but I've seen a lot of this years shows. Would more shows be opening if I waited until May perhaps? Would Sweeney and Doubt both still be on? Which new shows are on in November and what new shows will be out by May?

Sweeney and Doubt I believe are open ended shows so they can close at anytime so I would suggest you go in November that way you are sure to see both of the shows and not have to miss out.

Not to mention, if you come a few months later, you might be sloshing through 4 feet of snow.

Given that Doubt's numbers are improving week to week and it's almost at capacity, I don't see it going anywhere before May. Sweeney is an unknown commodity though.

Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

I agree with Popcultureboy about the plays. If you come in November before Thanksgiving week, you may still be able to pull some fall discounts before the Holiday season sets in. Fall in New York is pretty, but be prepared for cold weather. Lately, even weather in November has been dicey.
