Okay, first of all, Kristen Chenoweth as Margaret??? ...no thanks.

However I'd love to see The Light in the Piazza and Ragtime revived as well as:
A Little Night Music (please!!)
Side Show (it was a possibility at one point, wasn't it?)
The Secret Garden
