My parents didn't like The Wild Party

My wife hated The Frogs, and she detests it when I play my recordings of Barnum and Promises, Promises. She thinks they are too "cheesy" LOL.

Rent, Rent, and more Rent. Next time I hear, "Isn't that the play where everybody has AIDS, and they all die?" I'll ditch my friends. Cause this isn't the only thing they say about me, and this isn't the only thing they say about musical theater.
People call me "obsessed" with Wicked, just because I saw it a bunch of times. Someone dared another person to ask me how many times I've seen it, just so they could laugh in my face and say that I'm "obsessed" again. Yeah, no fun, and VERY obnoxious.

My sister DETESTS the thought of Sweeney. Granted, she's never watched it or really listened to it, she thinks it's a stupid idea for a musical. And my mom's like, "...That's weird."

She and my mom also don't like Reefer Madness. They're like, "It's cheesy!" and I'm like ... THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. IT'S CAMPY.

It makes baby Jesus cry.

We enjoyed Dracula but friends of ours hated it. My brother in law, a Wildhorn fan, did not like it either

I loved See What I Wanna See. Took my mother to it, she didn't like it so much. Oh well.

I loved Sweeney. My brother and sister-in-law hated it. My brother sked why there was only one set. I said because it's taking place in a mental institution. My brother's reply, "Where'd you get that idea from? How was I supposed to know that?" Ummm...the straightjacket...

Loved Rent. My mom hated it.

I adore Sweeney Todd like no other and my mom hated it. However i think that with the revival you have to be familiar with the story and the score before seeing it. I don't know I could be wrong.

Aida and Jekyll and Hyde

...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. Her face and frightened gaze, my mind cannot erase...But then she ran from view. She looked so much like you...

I loved Sweeney, and I think if Steve would have come with me he would not........would have been too gruesome for him......

He also would not like Into the Woods....it's too busy and he would lose interest.

RENT. My mom didn't hate it and she liked the message of it, but she's just not a theater person in general.
