I'm a little lost with the parameters as CHICAGO has two female leads, not one, and one male lead.

With that said, A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC has a male and female lead and five major supporting women (one of whom is sometimes classified as a secondary lead), INTO THE WOODS has a male lead, two female leads, and numerous supporting women, (OF COURSE ALNM and ITW aren't big dance shows), 42nd STREET has one male lead, one or two female leads, and several supporting women,

see also SHOW BOAT, FINIAN'S RAINBOW, BRIGADOON; ME AND MY GIRL and MOST AMERICAN MUSICAL COMEDIES OF THAT PERIOD (GERSHWIN, PORTER, ROGERS AND HART), FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, ZORBA, HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS, and the five major R&H shows: CAROUSEL, SOUTH PACIFIC, OKLAHOMA, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, THE KING AND I (although South Pacific and Sound of Music are not big dance shows).

(sorry to ramble, I caught the dance requirement late in the game)
