That site has pretty much all the lottery information. You can only do more than one lottery if you're doing lotteries that start at different times. And you do need your photo ID, and cash, to claim your tickets. There have also been a lot of threads about which lotteries are easier and such, if you do a search you should find them. Hope all that helps.
