How come I still feel that despite the show's shortcomings the show is still going to sell well. I mean their target audience (tourists/families with children) have been going and enjoying the show. I think that because their target audience is enjoying the show that it will still sell. I mean yes, we the posters on here nit pick about ever detail of every show on Broadway. But, when the average family goes to see this with their kids I don't think that they are going to see the problems with the show that we do. That is just my thought on the matter. I mean there were/ are people on here who hate The Little Mermaid and feel that from a technical standpoint it could be better and there are things that should have been done during its out of town run in Denver that could have improved the show in New York. But, those are little things that the families that are going to see the show don't really notice.
