If you find no one else who has one, I am fairly certain I have one (I bought the entire collection of a regular theater goer who had recently died on eBay for a ridiculously low price) but it is with the rest of my collection in storage in my home town because I don't have space for a bin full of playbills in my apartment. I can check for you when I visit family in early June if no one else offers.
