Shubert Lamp Case

Didn't see a thread about this, but BWW reported a few months ago that the Shubert Org sued to recover a Tiffany lamp stolen from the Belasco.

Forbes has a new piece about a possible twist in the case.

"But, in exchange for the insurance claim payment, it might have needed to trade its title to the stolen items in the event that they were ever recovered."

Day after day it seems, Forbes is publishing nonsense. Aside from the fact that this is not a "twist" in the manner the lede implies, what is the article actually saying? "Might"? It either did or didn't and there is no story here until we know which it is.
