She was just saying that she would like to play Florence in the revival if the production DOES transfer.
I've used rush everytime I've seen the show (4 times so far), and it works out pretty decently. One hour before the show, $30, nice deal!

Posted: 2/12/11 at 11:53amI'm bumping this thread back to life. I saw on the Board here that Kerrigan & Lowdermilk started a petition/fundraiser on Kickstarer.com to get their album recorded, and that gave me an idea: we could start a fundraiser for Signature to record an album (even a sampler would be good) for Chess. It will be a lot of work to convince them/get the cast back together, but it's been done before (Grand Hotel did it, minus David Carroll though). I saw an estimate, and it was around $10,000 - $20,000 to get an album recorded. I (and anyone else who saw this show) know it would be worth it. Anyone with me on this?

K & L's budget lacked one major cost - royalties. I would guess the bill would be a lot higher with royalties.
Plus wasn't the last CD (the live recording with Menzel and Groban) a complete bust?
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Chess, but it seems like a big waste of $30k, to have another album.
