Silence the Musical???

Does anyone know if there are any plans to bring any of the Fringe or NYMF shows to an off-Broadway theater? I am looking into Silence the Musical and But I'm A Cheerleader in particular. I saw Spelling Bee again today and wanted to ask Lisa Howard if she knew of anything; however, i didn't have time to wait for autographs. I appreciate all of your help. Thanks:)

I heard a rumor that the creative forces behind Silence! were having trouble clearing the rights.
