If there is enough press and word on the street, I doubt the owners will find replacements very easily. The sad thing is that if the place goes under, the family of staff will suffer as will any customers who loved the place. The best thing that could happen would be for someone to buy the place (someone who understands the premise and the team environment and will act accordingly). Unfortunately, it seems as if they have already devalued the business by losing staff AND customers so that probably won't happen. Corporate greed is so destructive.
