Sister Act Telecharge Problem#1

I am trying to buy tickets for Sister Act for December 25 (5 PM performance), and when I get to the "Seating" part of the Telecharge Online Box Office, I only have three options for seating: Best Available, American Express, and Premium. There is a list of the prices for different sections, but I am not able to select these options. I do not want best available. I have checked for other shows on Telecharge, and others worked fine and allowed different seating options. Has anyone else had this issue?

Have you tried other dates for Sister Act to see if it is only the one date that exhibits this behavior?

Yep, I tried for a few different dates and they all show the same thing when you get to seating.

They are having a problem. I was looking for this Saturdya at Phantom and couldn't choose either.
