What a great cast...

Jacques C. Smith, Paulette Ivory, E. Faye Butler and Loretta Devine will star in the Broadway-bound revival of Purlie at the Pasadena Playhouse. The show, directed by Sheldon Epps, is scheduled to begin performances at the California venue on June 24.

I have seen E. Faye Butler in Mamma Mia! and Paulette Ivory in Aida. Great performers!

Wish I could see Loretta Devine. She's great.

I have serious doubts that it will make it to Broadway. It has very limited appeal.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
