I know for a fact that they are not changing anything. However silly it may seem, the Lady of the Lake is a character. Sara won the Tony (not her character), so, they are not going to change anything.

Actually, I just watched the interview that they had on the Winner's Circle on the Tony Awards website, and she said that they'd probably rewrite the line. Although they'll have to change it back when some other actress steps into her shoes (unless she has a Tony too.) It seems like too good of an opportunity to make a joke and let it fly by.

Love love love Sara. I almost wish they'd used that part of my interview on the "Who are you rooting for?" video on Broadway.com.... I totally called that she'd win.

Moving on though.... I keep hearing things about the line possibly being changed, but I think it would be funny to leave it in. Frankly, most people seeing the show aren't going to realize she won the Tony unless they've followed it.

In her acceptance speech last night she said that she missed the cast of Spamalot. I don't undrrstand. Was she out for a long time and is she still out? or what. If you heard it too, please let me know. Thanks!
