Well looky who registered...
Hey, he wasn't the only one exhausted. So instead of pressing the button to take the picture, I pressed the button to turn the camera off. My sister will make fun of me, but she knows she was thrilled to have the extra time in his arm.
I wasn't really paying attention, but she said he looked like he was gonna try to get away but she kind of pounced on him, and he had no choice. It was pretty funny. He signed a lot and posed for a lot of pictures, even signing someone's shirt with my sharpie. (This guy saw him down the street and screamed "Will!") He didn't sign for everyone, but he did a good amount. Plus it was a 2-show day and he had been doing W&G interviews and such all week.
"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
