Some Millie Questions

Okay, I got the cast recording for my birthday, but I have never seen the show. I did, however, see the movie. I had some questions about some stuff on the cast recording.
1) In the little synopsis thingy, it says that Ms. Dorothy falls for one of the Chinese guys. Does this mean she doesn't marry Mr. Graydon like in the movie?
2)For those songs in Chinese, do they have translations for the audience somewhere? Like, are there screens, or are translations in the playbill or something? If not, how do people know what they are saying?
I'm not asking for any reason, just curious. Thanks for any answers.

She doesn't marry Mr. Graydon, but they do have a crush on each other when they first meet, then she stands him up on a date because mrs. Meers poisened her.

When the guys speak (and sing) in chinese a little screen comes down and it is subtitled....its one of the funnier parts of the show in my opinion.
