Resurrecting this thread to share my amazing experience Thursday night. Thanks to Jujamcyn's stellar customer service (I'm looking at you Brian) my girlfriend and I were able to lock in past dated tickets in advance.
When we arrived, there was a technical glitch and our tickets weren't ready. Within two minutes the house manager came out, apologized and immediately put us in house seats, 7th row center (in front of Laura Linney!).
Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced at a theater, or anywhere else.
Reading these posts makes me so happy to work for Jujamcyn.
