Then, who dubbed Minnie Driver in SWEENEY? I had no clue she was in the film? Is she playing Sweeney's chair?

"City on Fire" should definitely be there. I can see Burton working wonders with that scene. Like musicalkid said, it's so him.
Obvious cuts I would say are "Parlor Songs", a handful of "Ballads", "The Letter", and a truncated "Final Sequence"?
