Songs For The Times

In view of environmentally themed causes etc, the perfect song is "The Spring of Next Year" from Dear World.

re: Songs For The Times

In view of Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert being the most talked about pop stars out there, the song of the day should be "Glitter and Be Gay."

In view of Tiger Woods's recent philanderings, the song of the day should be "How Many Women."

In view of the general economic downturn, the song of the day should be "It Sucks To Be Me."

re: Songs For The Times

In light of 2009's harsh and widespread economic hardships, accented with a hope for an eventual turnaround in the coming years, and what with it being the holiday season, I think the song for the times is the original (depressing) version of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.

Through the years we all will be together, if the Fates allow,
From now on we'll have to muddle through somehow
So have yourself a merry little Christmas now
You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"If artists were machines, then I'm just a different kind of machine...I'd probably be a toaster. Actually, I'd be a toaster oven because they're more versatile. And I like making grilled cheese" -Regina Spektor

"That's, like, twelve shows! ...Or seven." -Crazy SA Fangirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott
