I feel asleep during the second act of Pirates of Penzance last year. That was my first opera, and I was really disappointed. But a lot of people told me it was just a bad production, so don't kill me if your a fan of the show!

The Man of LaManch soundtrack minus Impossible Dream.

NightLaughs, I have to disagree with you... The Boy from Oz soundtrack was pretty amazing in my opinion.

Making Good makes me fall asleep, well not really, I just tend to zone out on that song

edenlover, you took my answer! I got it as a gift (it was the first show I did stage crew for), but I rarely listen to it. It bores me to tears.

The whole second act of "Into The Woods." Every time I see it, I think I should have left at the close of the first act.

I kinda love the touring cast recording of Fame... it's far superior in my opinion to the Fame on 42nd Street recording, the London Cast recordig of Fame, and even the movie soundtrack in some ways (although they're totally different).
I think it's a great, cute show in its own right. And Gavin Creel and Jenn Gambatese on their way up? Rock on.

Liasons from "ALNM"
One Hand One Heart from "WSS" ALWAYS knocks me out.
The Boy from Oz's score was a snoozer.

"One of the Good Guys" from Closer Than Ever.

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

The King and I. I just find it a littel outdated. and overdone.
