Sounds Of Silence-Dirty Fun!

I was at the Sounds of Silence (and other inappropriate showtunes) Concert tonight. I sat right in front (next to Stephanie and Natalie) and this concert was so much fun. The songs were right up my alley (not that I'm dirty....) and the performers were so strong (even if they couldn't remember the lyrics). I had a blast. Who's looking forward to "Jerry Springer?" I AM!!! That song was HOT. Was it called "Tell It To My Ass?" I dunno. Can't wait till it comes to the stage. Anywho, if anyone else was there, lemme know what you thought. Favorite performance?

AAARRRGGGHHH! I wanted to go see this sooooooo bad, but I was waiting for my mom to come back from Vermont and couldn't get into the city. I am glad to hear that the show was great. Can anybody give me a run-down of who sang what, etc. Thanx.

It kind of felt like everyone gave it 150% vocally speaking to make up for the torrential downpour outside causing so much misery in getting to the theater!

I have much love for Natalie Joy Johnson just because she's Natalie and she sings like she does and I still can't get over what comes out of her mouth, to this day.

Kathy Brier also had a really lovely vocal quality, like one of those voices that's quite melodic and could put me to sleep, in a good way.

That Jerry Springer number was hysterical, truly.

Also, I would like to grow up to be "head puppet wrangler" at Avenue Q. I wonder how one goes about becoming a head puppet wrangler which implies there are lesser puppet wrangling ranks which means you have to work your way up, like an apprentice or something. Hmmm...
