Does anyone know (1) when the box office opens for "Souvenier," and (2) if there are any discounts for this show out there (or coming down the pike)? Oh, and has anyone out there seen it in its off-Broadway incarnation, and is it as fabulous as it seems to be from the description and the snippet of Judy Kaye singing on the show's website?

This show is flippin' AMAZING!!! So funny and moving. My husband and I saw it last month at the BTF. Go pay full price if you have to but SEE this show.

There'll be PLENTY of discounts for it, don't worry (Judy Kaye is wonderful, but hardly a name that sells out Broadway theatres). Just be patient.

I can't wait for this one. When I was in 8th grade my composition class teacher played me a record of Florence Foster Jenkins singing, er, vocalizing, and it was something to hear.

I am so excited to see this. I was introduced to her, uh, music when an opera lover friend of mine gave me "The Glory ??? of the Human Voice." Hey, she was passionate about music and I love that.
