In the scene where Florence Foster Jenkins announces to her accompanist that she's gotten an engagement at Carnegie Hall, he can't believe it.
He says "I heard Heifetz there. I heard _______ there."
I don't know why this line stuck out, at all, throughout the show. I can't remember the names of the other performers he listed. I believe it was something to the effect of "Kallacurchi," but I have no idea how it's spelled or pronounced. Does anyone know what it is?

I don't have the script, but I saw the show and I think he was referring to Amelita Galli-Curci (pronounced "Gallee KER-chee"), who was a popular Italian lyric soprano at the Met in the 20s.

Why thank you, Margo. That's exactly what it is.
