Spamalot 7/26 review

Last night I got to see Spamalot for the 3rd time, so if anyone here hates Spamalot you might as well stop reading now.

Once again it was amazing. I thoguht Alan was great. He added some touches that were hysterical. I'm undecided over who I preferred Hank or Alan, both were awesome in my opinion.

Tim Curry was out but John Bolton did an amazing job as King Arthur. He looked like he was having a blast.

Sara Ramirez was once again unbelievable. She played the Lady a bit differently than the last time I saw it, not quite as over the top. I did miss some of the stuff she did previously but her new vocal gymnastics more than made up for it. I got chills at the end of Find Your Grail.

Everyone else was amazing as usual. I know quite a few people on here did not like the play, but I love it. It's silly, it's fun and Sara Ramirez is worth the price of admission alone.

Any idea why Tim Curry was out? I'm seeing it on Aug 10 and hoping he's there.

Is he on vacation? I thought I read that somewhere last week. Maybe it was last week and this week???

Also, they now have a new understudy for the Lady of the Lake. She joined the cast last night. Not sure if she was in the ensemble at all. I never saw Darlene Wilson but heard she wasn't that good, so hopefully they found someone people will be happy with.
