Hey
I was wondering about the Spamalot cancellation tickets. When do you have to get there, when do they start selling them and how much are they?

for the evening show, i say get there around 5ish - they usually sell them as they are canceled starting somewhere around there. but, be aware that you could be waiting until 8pm, it all depends. they're full price, so how much they are depends on where the canceled seats are.
i've had a lot of luck getting people tix on the cancellation line there, so good luck!

Posted: 3/27/06 at 11:24pmHaha, sorry to bump up this old thread but I'm in NYC now and my dad is desperate to see Spamalot tomorrow. Anyone have any other tips on the cancellation line/had a luck with it lately? I apologize for rushing people but our only day to see another show is tomorrow so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Posted: 3/27/06 at 11:29pmI saw Spamalot Friday and was running late, I was going to get in line at 5pm but ended up at getting there a little after 6 and was surprised to see no line so I went to the box office and it turned out they had 2 tickets in 14th row in the orchestra, excellent seats for $100 each. Spamalot is definitely worth seeing, it's amazing! I don't get it why some people are trashing it, I would go again if I had the chance and Lauren Kennedy is a godess.

Hey I just wanted to say thanks for everyones great advice on cancellation tiks. I went on Wed, got there at 5 and was second in line. At 6PM we got 2 tiks. My mom doesnt like to be super close so she took 7th row, Orch. As for my seat:
A106 CENTER FRONT ROW, ORCH!
I was so damn happy and the best thing was the first 2 people passed on the tickets for the last row of the balcony so they could sit together. I was so happy and I have been dieing to see this show! :)

Posted: 4/1/06 at 11:42amThe chances of them having the tickets to sell will be the same, but you would have to get there earlier because I went to get standing room and on a sunday when the box office opens at 12 people were waiting at 9:30 so I'm guessing Saturday will be more crowded.

Posted: 4/1/06 at 2:27pmIf you mean Saturday as in tonight, you will have to go very early because tommorow is David and Hank's last night so the show is incredibly swamped this week. After this weekend, however, I think it is going to calm considerably.
