I know this has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find it through the search. How long is Tim Curry in Spamalot? A friend of mine is a big fan and would like to catch him in the show, but the earliest he can get tickets is December. Thanks!
I have no idea, but the likelihood is there that he will be there, since in general many performers will stick with a show for about a year, and Spamalot opened in March (started previews in feb). Of course, then you have special circumstances like Hank Azaria's...so it's hard to say.

His contract is a year (from the start of Chicago previews, not NYC), and runs through, I believe, December 21st. In an interview with Parade magazine, he mentioned hoping the producers will ask him to extend his run...but he may change his mind after several more months of performances.
In any event, he'll definitely be there for most of the month of December.
Not necessarily. If the contracts for the remaining original cast members are for the same period, as is likely, quite a few of them could be gone by January. It depends on whether or not they decide to extend.
Tim Curry is my Idol. I got tickets for the 22 of June. AS Long as I see my Sweet Transvestite I am happy! Sure the play itself will be a Fun Trip. But come on there is nothing better for a Rocky Fan to see Tim Curry LIVE!
